A New Skill for Blaze Wizards

...? What is it? A new skill? Are you talking to me, Neinheart? I thought I told everyone to keep it a secret... anyway, there, there is a new skill out there, but... honestly I think it's too dangerous a skill for you to take on, and your level is too low.

I still want to learn the skill.

Since it's considered dangerous, I guess I won't...

...If you really want the skill, then there is a way. You... will have to prove it to me that you are strong enough to handle this new skill. It will not be easy, and it may even be life-threatening. Do... you still want to do it?

Head over to the end of Training Forest, and you'll reach Entrance to the Drill Hall. Go to the 3rd Drill Hall, take the test that's available there, and bring back Proof of Qualification with you. Then, and only then, will I teach you the new skill.

...That's good, but it's a bit... you know.. Unfortunate... no no, what am I saying? Safety first! Safety before power...

Are you backing out because it's considered dangerous? I... was expecting a different answer.

Wow, you managed to bring back Proof of Qualification! That's amazing! I am so glad you brought it back. I was actually very concerned, you know. You are definitely ready to take on the new skill!

Here's the new skill for the Blaze Wizard, Ifrit! Please use it to your advantage!

I see that you were unable to acquire Proof of Qualification. Enter the 3rd Drill Hall at Entrance to the Drill Hall, take the test, and bring back Proof of Qualification with you. It, it's going to be quite dangerous, so please be ready for whatever.
