The Shadowdealers say that the devil is in the deal. While you were out on your mission, I was looking into Mr. Hazard's dealings.

...And I found something pretty weird. Something is going down in the empty lot behind the Black Market later, something to do with a shady trading partner of Mr. Hazard's.

To find out more, I need to get my hands on whatever they're trading with each other. But I can't be away from the hideout for too long. Please, can I trust you to do this for me?

Go to the Desolate Black Market and intercept the goods brought by Mr. Hazard's trade partner. His cronies will be there, but maybe you could trick them with this potion. They're not the brightest ships in Lith Harbor, if you know what I mean.
