[Alliance] Meet Hiver 1

We're going to have a hard time finding Hiver standing around here. He seems a bit evanescent...

Evanescent? Are you studying for the SAT or something?

One of us has to try and better ourselves. If you want to find Hiver, ask some of the other Black Wings. If you act nice, they might just tell you.

I guess it doesn't hurt to ask...

It might hurt, but not me! Why don't you start off with Bavan in Edelstein. He doesn't do anything but eat and stare into the distance. I bet he's got a fancy title!

That almost makes sense. Do you think he'd let me ask him about Hiver?

He might! Hurry up and find out!

Don't chicken out! Are you afraid of Hiver?

Nom nom nom nom... What? The Black Wings are busy protecting this town. I don't have time for your nonsense.

I'm looking for a guy named Hiver. Do you know where I can find him?

*cough* *cough* Wha-what? You want to meet Hiver? What could a kid like you possibly have to do with him?!

I... owe him 30 Mesos. It's really weighing on my shoulders.

Why would you borrow money from THAT guy?! ...You're going to have a hard time finding him without my help. I'll try to put you in touch.

Bavan in Edelstein... His fries look so tasty...
