Andy the Time Traveler

Are you feeling better?

Who are you? Why am I here?

Foolish people, leaving everything to machines... Those machines destroyed the world I came from. I traveled here to correct the mistakes of the past, but I went too far. I'm in the wrong place...

This makes absolutely no sense. Could you maybe start at the beginning?

Can you handle it? You could get lost in time like me. It's a dangerous risk. And I may not be able to complete my mission.

I'll help you. What is this mission you're talking about?

I want to trust you. I really do. Just...promise me you won't tell ANYONE the story I'm about to tell you, okay?

I'm from the year 2503. I came from Neo City to change the errors of the past. But this isn't Neo City. I think I may have transcended time and space. Everything is a mess. And I seem to be lost.

That door you see over there is called the Time Gate. It's the key to traveling through time. I'm from Neo City in the year 2503. Machines have taken over our city and are attacking humans. We could not find a solution to the chaos, so I came to the past to set things right.

I'm a time traveler. I wanted to come to the past of Neo City, but I overshot the mark. It took me awhile to realize what I had done. So, I need to travel through time again.

About that... Could you give me some time to examine the watch?

Are you telling me not to trust you?

Ah, you're back. Give me a minute, I'm almost done...

(Andy is tinkering with the Pocket Watch.)

Okay, I know what went wrong. It was me, not the watch. The watch only works when the user is at their peak physical and mental condition. After wandering around here for so long, I was probably too drained to use the watch.

Here, try this...

(You hold out your hand and put on the watch as Andy directs. As soon as you do, the watch starts glowing, and then there is a brilliant flash.)

Okay, that settles it. I need your help to fix the past. If you agree to help me, the Pocket Watch is yours. Please, take it.

Are you still charging the watch?
