[Aqua Road] Hughes's Research Material

Haven't seen you in awhile. How's the item I made serving you? Haha of course, I'm sure you're astonished by my brilliant work every time you use it, right? Hahahahaha

I've been working on something new these days, because as you know, a true genius can never stand still. I've been working so hard on this one that I realized that I have run out of materials needed to continue my studies. Can you help me out here?

Just get me 20 Seal Skins and 20 Seal Tooths needed for this. I'm running out of them now.

You don't want to help me out, do you? Have you got not an ounce of gratitude toward me, after I made you an oxygen tank??

You came in just the right time. I just used up my last material, and I was getting very worried.

Ok this should do. Thank you, and here it is. Take it. Please come by again some time. I can always use some help in gathering up some materials for the study.

I said 20 Seal Skins and 20 Seal Tooths! Were you even listening??
