Ayan's Request

Hello, you're Evan right? Luke tells me that you're pretty strong. Are you busy? No no, this has nothing to do with the puppets.

To tell you the truth, the guards in Perion are always short on help. We wouldn't want to see a talented explorer like you pass by... So, would you like to join the Victoria Guards?

The work isn't too difficult. We don't want our beginners to get hurt, so you'll just work on supporting roles. What do you say? Would you like to do it?

What is it, master? What? You're thinking about joining the Guards? What do the Guards do anyway?

(You briefly explain the Guard's duties.)

Oh! Helping people is a good thing! Heroes shouldn't refuse such a request! Training is important but that doesn't mean we should ignore people in need! Great idea! Let's join the Guards!

(This is sure to interfere with your training. Will Mir agree to do it? Talk to Mir.)

Oh man, rejected just like that... We take a lot of pride in our work, you know. We keep Perion safe, help the helpless, get full medical and 401K...

Well... Think about it carefully and let me know whether you want to join the Guards or not.
