Building a Ventilation Fan

Oh, hey. Hello. Few folks make it all the way down to the basement. What brings you here?

Hugh? You mean uncle Hugh of Orbis? Did he ask to make a ventilation fan? Ventilation fan...Hmm. I'm busy with Earth Defense HQ. We have many ventilation fans, but I can't give them out. I'm sorry but if you gather ingredients, I can make one for you.

I need 100 plane propellers and steel for one ventilation fan. Get them and return to me!

Can't be bothered? Sorry, but I can't give just give them to you!

You gathered everything. You look busy, so I'll just give you the fan in Earth defense HQ. I can make one with the materials you bought. That should save you a bit of time!

What kind of research is uncle Hugh doing?

Hmm. You haven't gathered them all? Try a bit harder--I'll be waiting!
