Empressy Charm

It's already summer. This season's goal is to improve Cygnus's charm.

Really? I hear women in love become more beautiful.

...Duly noted. Anyway, I'm speaking to the elegance of the Empress. How she carries herself. Something you seem...inexperienced with.

Whatever. How do we help?

Ask Kimu for details. He'll tell you what we need.

Good luck.

(Talk to Kimu to find out what you need.)

I thought you wanted to help. You promised us a year.

Ah, right here. I was waiting for you.

Charm for an Empress? Hm, I think that Cygnus needs some clothes with class. Her dress is beautiful as is, but it's simply too plain.

Talk to Kimu.
