We've got Ghosts in Guest Room 3 that just won't come out. You need to get in there and teach them a lesson, [Name]. You can do that, right?

Go to Guest Room 3 to the right of the fireplace on the 3rd floor and defeat 50 Ghosts. Come back when you're done so I can give you more work.

I do hope getting rid of the Ghosts will make the place cleaner. Otherwise you're heading back.
