[Heliseum] Quartermaster Harpoon

Did the mission go smoothly? Excellent, thank you. What a great help you've been to the Reclamation HQ. The front lines are more stable now, due to the Nova warriors, Maple World warriors, and many others playing an active part.

However, we are still sorely lacking in supplies right now because of how long we had to survive with broken supply lines. The enemy is mounting pressure, and we have more soldiers here to look after now.

Check in with Harpoon, our quartermaster, and help out with our supply problems.

Hm? Do you have something else to do? Whatever it is, handle it and hurry back.
