But that will also require some food that is much more nutritious and potent than the ones that are available. If you want to see if your Mimiana can become as powerful as a dragon, how about feeding it a special formula used for the dragons of Leafre?

Bring some of the Concentrated Formula that Pam makes. You just need to bring 3 of the Concentrated Formula I.
