Secret to Improving Concentration

You want to hear about the Battle at Ice Ravine? I, of course, participated in that battle. I'm certain that the experience gained in that battle helped all of us 3rd Job Instructors become stronger. As for the Hoblins... Well, if I can ask a little favor of you...

There seems to be a strange power contained in the charms worn by the Elite Green Hoblins that you'll find at the Ice Ravine. The charms may contain the secret to why they are so much stronger than normal Green Hoblins. They seem to have an incredible amount of concentration.

I can feel it. True strength comes from the mind, not the body. Please bring me some Elite Green Hoblin Charms worn by the Elite Green Hoblins. Thank you.

I understand if you don't want to help, but come back if you ever change your mind.

You made it back safely! Did you remember to bring me what I asked for?

You did remember! Thank you so much. These charms will be very useful to study.

I asked you for 10 Elite Green Hoblin Charms, used by the Elite Green Hoblin, but I guess you don't have enough yet.
