Strange Ghost Stumps

Evan, that weirdness you were talking about? Well, it's happening in Perion, too! There's news that weird Ghost Stumps are appearing!

It's just too similar to the incidents in Henesys. I'd like for you to investigate, since you have some experience.

So what was the result of your investigation? Was it another puppet? Who is responsible for this?

Good, I'm glad I can count on you. Go to Gusty Peak in the Burnt Land and eliminate about 50 Smirking Ghost Stumps. If you find a doll, you know what to do.

Because of the strange incidents lately, I've requested additional Guards. I probably won't have to keep pestering you to do things for us any more.

But that doesn't mean you are no longer an Honorary Guard of Victoria. If ever we need your help, we'll be sure to call on you. Until then, please take good care of yourself.

By the way, now that your deeds as a Guard are famous, there will probably be more people that recognize you. If someone asks for help, please try to help.

You are the only Guard who can take care of this! Please think about it!

Why are you still here? Gusty Peak is at the farthest end of North Rocky Mountain. You should know the way by now. Eliminate the Smirking Ghost Stumps and bring back their doll.
