The Forest of Evil

Humans are unbelievably foolish. They put themselves in danger for some silly fantasy, without even considering what might happen in the end. Are you offended? You won't argue that I'm wrong if you hear the details of my story. Would you like to hear it?

Not too long ago, a monster that was never seen in the forest before appeared. It was a monster that resembled a monkey, only atrocious like the darkness of the forest and gigantic. This nefarious monster had to have been created by magic. What does this have to do with humans?

Didn't you hear...? A while back, Grendel the Really Old had gotten involved with the magic of darkness... It was for a short time, but the magic spell he had casted then is affecting all around Ellinia! The monster had to have been created because of that too!

Saying it was a mistake he made when he was young is not a good enough excuse! How could he neglect to do anything about the monster, simply concluding that there isn't anything he can do? Please go find Grendel the Really Old and tell him to defeat the atrocious monster he's created at once!

Humans are so selfish and irresponsible!

...Hmm, what is it? You don't seem well... Is there a problem? Arwen...? Has Arwen said something...?

...Oh, Arwen has been attacked by a monster...? Sigh... I'm sorry if she was being obnoxious. She isn't completely wrong. I was once blinded by the magic of darkness when I was young.

Although it was for just a short time, the aftermath created many monsters that have the power of darkness such as the Zombie Lupin... so Arwen isn't lying. I'll have to take responsibility for this. Will you help me...?

There is a mysterious cat named Fanzy at the Forest North of Ellinia. Ask Fanzy about the monster that attacked Arwen. Fanzy always knows what's happening around the Ellinia Forest, so you should be able to get information about that black monkey monster.

You haven't gone to see Grendel the Really Old yet? You know that you can find him at the Magic Library in Ellinia, don't you?
