The Phantom Signal

I will dispatch some knights to Maple Island to help in whatever way they can. Unfortunately, I have no way of contacting Phantom, either. He comes and goes as he pleases.

We do see him fly past Ereve in his airship on occasion. We are rather high up, after all.

I have an idea, but you have to promise not to laugh. Why don't you make a sign and place it in the highest part of Ereve? Perhaps Phantom will see it.

Here, take this. Write your message as big as you can, then place the sign somewhere high.

There's a Small Bridge to the right. There's not much out there, so a sign would really stand out.

(Hey... Why did the Empress of Ereve have such a large piece of poster board handy, anyway? And why did it already say 'PHANTOM' in glitter letters at the top?)
