It turns out, the future Doctor Bing indeed manage to create Crystanol. I've even found out where he keeps it. Someone who obtained some earlier told me...

Just take that portal to the right. Follow the path until you get to the Energy Laboratory. It's in there.

Problem is, that building's crawling with aliens. Guess they like Crystanol, too.
