The best things about Valentine's Day are the pink hearts and ugly people making out in the streets. NOT. The best thing is the candy... The very special candy that I whip up, to be exact. I'll make you some if you bring me the ingredients.

Defeat monsters around your level and bring me Colored Sugar x30 and Decoration Ribbon x10.

Then I'll whip up some super scrumptious White Day Candy for you to give to someone as a gift. Or you can do like I do and eat it yourself.

Remember, you can only get Colored Sugar and Decoration Ribbon items from monsters between 11 levels below and 21 levels above you.
