Hey there! Quite a lot of people came for my potions after I made that deal with you! I haven't officially started to deal with the Nova themselves, but it's only a matter of time now. I'll push out Tonero and take his place! Ahahaha!
By the way, I still haven't found that ace of the Reclamation HQ. I thought they'd be easy to find, all flashy and heroic, but I don't know where they're cooped up. Well, I guess I'll run into them someday. Anyway, I've got a new deal for you.

Do you know about the Specter's Sword Pieces you can get by defeating the Warrior Specters? You can melt them down and make powerful weapons of your own. Or so I hear...but I want to know for myself!
If you can get me just 40 Specter's Sword Pieces, I'll make you an offer you can't refuse!

What? Do you have something urgent to do? Well, hurry back!
Turning in the quest
Oh, did you bring the Specter's Sword Pieces?
Reply to “Yes”
Wow. So this is a Specter's Sword Piece. I've only ever heard about them, but now that I see it, I get how you can make great weapons from them. This is going straight back to Savage Terminal!
Another excellent deal closed! I look forward to working with you again!
