A New Skill for Thunder Breaker

Hmmm...? What is it? What? A new skill? How... did you find out...? Ahhh... no one should have known this... well, well... there is a skill indeed, but it's too dangerous for someone at your level, so maybe later...

I still want to learn the skill.

Since you say it's too dangerous......

Really? Hahaha! That's what I'm talking about! That's what a Thunder Breaker should do! I'll tell you how to do it, as long as you can prove to me that you are capable of handling this skill. All you need to do is pass the test, but the test is dangerous enough where you could even lose your life over it. Do you still want to do it?

Go to Entrance to the Drill Hall, and you'll reach the 3rd Drill Hall. Take the test that's set up there, and bring back Proof of Qualification, okay? Then I'll teach you the new skill.

Are you not ready for it? A true Thunder Breaker takes every challenge in stride and finds a way to overcome it, okay?

Wait, I didn't expect you to back out that easily. It's just a test...

Whoa, you brought it back! Are you okay? Is your EXP in tact? Wow, I am surprised! At least you proved to me that you are worthy of learning this new skill. Here it is!

I've taught you Octopunch, a new Thunder Breaker skill! Use it well!

Were you not able to find Proof of Qualification? Go to the 3rd Drill Hall at Entrance to the Drill Hall, and you'll find it there! Getting it would be the hard part, but keep going.
