Alcaster's Talisman

Ah, so you brought the Ice Tear. This will take me a while to craft, so why don't I entertain you with a story?

A long time ago, there was a female magician in El Nath, who was the only other magician besides myself. But for some reason, she was widely disliked, and was chased out of town. Overcome by resentment, she then went into the deep forests and turned herself into a monster. Too much time has passed to free her from the resentment... What a pity...

Ah, perfect! It's ready now. Here is the talisman. Wearing this around his neck will allow him to hide from the Snow Witch. Here, take this to Scadur.

It's but a simple request...

Ah, that took a while. So what did Alcaster say?

You begin to tell him the story of the Snow Witch.

Ah, so that's what happened. Well, that's for setting me up with this. I'll thank Alcaster later.

I'll see you later.

What? You lost the talisman? You should have been more careful! Tsk tsk... Fortunately, I made another one with the leftover material. How lucky for you. Don't lose it this time!

So, did Alcaster have anything special to say?

Deliver the talisman to Scadur.
