[Kerning Tower] A Melody from a Dream

So... what was that with Blake just now?

Well, a few nights ago he told me the most beautiful melody came to him in a dream. After that, he shut himself up in his office to try and recreate it. It was almost like he was possessed...

It looks like he's finally managed to finish the song, but I'm afraid there's no one to sing it and no funds to hire anybody.

He poured his heart into that song. Is it truly destined to be forgotten? That's too sad to think about. Surely something can be done. [Nombre], why don't you talk to Blake?

Ah, it looks like Blake is coming around. If you want to talk to him, now's your chance.

The song is too good to be simply be forgotten.

Hey Blake! Dia says there's a problem with your new song. Do you wanna tell me about it?

There's nobody to sing it. I can't pay anyone... I'm afraid the agency's fallen on hard times. Perhaps the right tune came to the wrong composer. Funny how that works... I guess it's just not meant to be.

Looks like I'm all washed up. I suppose it's time to pack it up before this place turns its back on me, just like Lady luck. Oh, and tell Jake that I'm doing just fine. I'll eke by somehow. Maybe open a dry-cleaning shop.
