Nothing is free. Go to the strolling path at Cloud Park and bring back some Red Tea Bags. 20 bags will be enough to brew some good red tea. In the winter, even the other monsters enjoy drinking Nependeath Royal Red Tea, so you should be able to obtain them easily.
