Porter's Durable Battery

Hi! What are you looking for?

... durable batteries that were supposed to given to Hugh? Well.. I can't remember when I told him that... I'm so busy with working on the principle of Papulatus's movement. If you can get me the Seal of Papulatus, I should be able to spare some effort on making durable batteries. What do you say?

Return to me with the Seal of Papulatus! I'll wait right here!

Seal of Papulatus....durable battery? What's that?...

Oh... That's the Seal of Papulatus.Thank you. ...Yeah? durable battery? Ah, yes! I built one for you while you were off getting the Seal. Here you go!

How's Hugh? Tell him to cheer up!

Hmm... The principle of Papultus' machine consumes me--how could it work? I can't think of anything else, much less how to build a durable battery.
