I'm really worried... Lady Syl hasn't been able to get any sleep these days, because of all the Wraiths that torment her dreams. I have to keep watch here, so why don't you go put those Wraiths to sleep?

The Wraiths seem to be giving Lady Syl nightmares. If you go deep inside Kerning City's Subway, you'll be able to find the Wraiths. Go there and eliminate them.

If you can't make all of them fall asleep, maybe you should eliminate 10 Wraiths to send them a message. Of course, that's your decision.

You must not care at all about Lady Syl.

Were you able to make all the Wraiths fall asleep? Of course, you could have just eliminated some of them, as well.
