The helmets you gathered for us helped a great deal, but we need weapons, too. Royal Guard Pepes use Broken Spears. Can you get us 25 of those?

You haven't yet fulfilled the requirement. You need 25 Broken Spear. Go to Castle Wall 4 and eliminate Royal Guard Pepe, and obtain Broken Spear.
