Sky High

Hello Explorer. I have something to tell you.

The sky is so clear today! Ahh, I feel like I could just fly away. Wouldn't it be nice to soar through the sky?

I think you know how I feel. Heh. Now, what would you say if I told you that there IS a way to fly? Interested?

Oh, did the Maple Administrator send you? Interested in an airplane?

You... You don't know what an airplane is? Well, I guess it is a little new. It's, er, a bit like the mounts that you have, but can take you long distances, like to other continents.

It's nothing complicated. See, everyone can fly if they have an airplane, of course. Ah, but where do you get an airplane? Well, there's a retired pilot, Instructor Irvin, who is currently renting out airplanes.

Instructor Irvin can be found in the Stations of Victoria, Ereve, Edelstein, Orbis, Mu Lung, Ariant, or Leafre. So if you want to rent an airplane, you should go see him!

There are some things you must know before I can give you an airplane. Listen carefully.

First, airplanes are very new to Maple World. They are similar to mounts, but you can ride them to distant continents. Just not all continents, okay?

You can fly to Victoria Island, Ereve, Edelstein, Ludibrium, Ariant, Mu Lung, or Leafre from Orbis, using the airplane. You can also fly the opposite route, of course. Lastly, you can fly to Victoria Island from Edelstein, and vice-versa. These are the only locations you can take an airplane to... The others are a bit too dangerous yet...

If you want to head to another continent, you need to speak with a member of the Station staff first. If they have an available airplane, they will offer you that, or a space on a regular ship.

Oh, come on! I KNOW you're interested! Just admit it.
