Sturdy Foundation

You ready for your next mission?

What is it?

The lines are secure, but restocking headquarters is taking longer than we'd hoped.

Ah, that's why the rations are so small.

No kidding. I haven't had a good meal in weeks. That's why I want you to go talk to Harpoon and see if you can help cart some food back here.

Harpoon is getting organized outside the barracks, on the right side of Heliseum Reclamation HQ. Just look for the twins.

I know you're busy, but the soldiers are starving. And so am I!

Hey! Kaiser! Uh, just gimme a sec, okay? I'm getting my things together!

Hurry and see Harpoon. He is outside the barracks, on the right side of Heliseum Reclamation HQ.
