The Black Wings' Conspiracy

Who is the person that can break the code? Simple. It's Lilin! Books on Prophecies and other old documents are always written in code, and Lilin has always had a knack for figuring them out. Lilin will probably be able to break the code in no time!

I'll give this document back to you. Take it to Rien. Lilin will be able to tell you about what's in it.

(If you accept, you'll travel to the quest map automatically.)

Hey, hey, hey, what are you saying? What's more urgent than this? Are you worried that Lilin might get mad at you for forgoing some training? You just have to explain it to her.

...? Aran? What are you doing here? You should be training. What? You want me to decipher this document?

...I have no clue what's going on, but judging from the look on your face, it looks like something very important. Okay, I'll go ahead and decipher it. Just give me a few moments. It looks pretty complex, but I don't think this will take too long.

Okay, done. This is a report written by one of the members of the Black Wings that details their future plans. I'll explain to you exactly what's being said here.

I don't know why, but the Black Wings are desperately in search of something here in Victoria Island. What they are looking for is called the Seal Stone. The Puppeteer Francis is controlling monsters to look for the Seal Stone that disappeared. The document reads, 'there were some unforseen disturbances from an outside force, so we were not able to complete the mission. We need more Teddies to help us so we can find it fast.' So they're going to involve more monsters to find it. And that's all it says.

The Seal Stone... I wonder what that is. Whatever it is, I'm sure it is somehow related to the Black Mage since the Black Wings are after it. As for the outside disturbances that's mentioned in this document, they may be referring to you.

Not only have you stood in the puppeteer's way a number of times, but you have also discovered their strategy and plans. The puppeteer probably hates you more than anything else right now. Besides, the puppeteer knows your face, right? Please be extra careful. Surely, he will come after you.

Wow, Aran, I never saw you in that light... I didn't think you'd be so clumsy. How can you drop a pivotal item like this in the streets? Good thing another informant immediately returned this to me. Anyway, I'll give you another one right now. Make sure not to lose it, okay? Go to Rien and deliver it to Lilin.

What is it? What brought you back here? I thought you were suppoed to be diligently training. I thought I told you the only way you'll recover your abilities is through endless practices and training, didn't I?

You still haven't gone to Rien yet? The one person that can decipher that book is Lilin, I'm telling you. Once the book is deciphered, we'll be able to figure out what the Black Wings are looking for. Hurry! We don't have much time!
