The Empress's Council

I see your training is coming along nicely, [Nombre]. However, while you've been adventuring across Maple World, the Empress has been here, worrying about several grave matters.

It's time for her to make an important decision. Before she does so, she seeks the counsel of each of her knights. You are to return to Ereve immediately.

(You will be moved to Ereve after you accept.)

This is an order, not a request. As a Cygnus Knight, you are to report to the Empress immediately. I don't care how busy you are!

Thank you for coming, [Nombre]. I appreciate everything you've done for me.

I fear that for everything we've to help Maple World, and yet the Black Mage's threat continues to grow. I can't help but think I haven't been as strong a leader as you need...

The Black Wings still hold Edelstein, and now I hear rumors that one of the Black Mage's Commanders--the Black Master--has returned.

Our enemies grow stronger, yet Maple World is still divided. The rift between us and the Resistance of Edelstein is wider than ever, and the Explorers of Victoria Island are losing their trust in us.

I've also heard rumors from the Temple of Time. They call the Cygnus Knights traitors. I've failed to earn the trust of Maple World...

Can we really beat the Black Mage? Can I really protect Maple World? Am I...am I worthy of being Empress?

The Empress awaits.
