The Fearsome Giant Lupin

Good of you to drop by, [Nombre]. Turns out we DID miss something, and it's a pretty BIG something. Feel like helping us avoid disaster one more time?

It's a good thing you're so eager to help! Okay, so, I thought the whole Zombie Lupin matter was handled once we got the Cursing Nails back from the Maladies. However, the number of Zombie Lupins continued to rise...

Turns out there's a a GIANT Zombie Lupin named Faust rampaging through the forest! Faust is super-saturated with dark energy, and he's turning any Lupins that get close to him into zombies.

We have to bring down Faust! I know Faust is a huge, powerful beast, but I think you're strong enough to do it. You'll find Faust at the Polluted Tree.

In all honesty, if we don't stop this thing, all of our efforts thus far will be for nothing.

Incredible, [Nombre]! You actually took down Faust!

You saved all of the Lupins near Ellinia, you know. The Lupins might not realize it, but the fairies of Ellinia know how important this is. You're a real hero, now...a part of Ellinia's history. You should be proud.

After all this excitement, I'm thinking it might be time for me to retire. Here, take my equipment. I think you'll get more use out of it than I will now...hero.

Faust might be the most powerful monster you've ever faced. I know it's tough, but remember, the Lupins will all fall to the curse if we do nothing. Go to the Polluted Tree and defeat Faust.
