The Land Across the Sea

You're my only hope, [Nombre], in this matter of vital importance! Remember that book you gave me? No matter what I do, I CAN'T READ IT! So we have no choice. I must send you INTO the book, and you must LIVE the book, and then you must tell me everything you experienced!

I would go myself, but all the books in the Helios Tower Library would suffer if I left his plane, so it has to be you. Will you assist me in this life or death matter, [Nombre]?

I am so relieved to hear you say that, [Nombre]. You are doing a good thing for the world. All you have to do is double-click the book to enter it. The book will disappear and return to me. Pay attention to everything that happens, then let me know the book's story when you return.

If you wish, you may also use a Dimensional Mirror to travel into the book, but my way is cooler.

Then we are all doomed. We are all well and truly doomed!

You're back! I've been pacing here awaiting your return. I haven't eaten or slept in days! So, what did you learn?

Well, there was a giant frog that turned into a Daimyo, and he was terrorizing the people. All because of, uh, some kappa that were bad then good. And there were a lot of cherry trees.

And then? AND THEN?!

And then Princess Suzume and Fujihawk and some wannabe ninja and some warrior in a bamboo hat who was WAY too cutesy discovered the truth and saved the Daimyo, and the mean merchant who tricked me was saved!

What an AMAZING tale! I must transcribe this story into a new tome at once! It is of vital importance! Thank you for your small part in this project. Now, the REAL work begins.

I have made the world a better place. Thank goodness for heroes like me, right?

This book is beyond my immense powers of comprehension. You must go INTO the book and experience the story firsthand!
