Third Assignment, Completed!

I think this taught me a number of things.

First, anytime there's a group of monsters that have suddenly turned violent, there's ALWAYS a puppet involved.

Second, these puppets don't necessarily have to be carried by a monster to have an effect. It just needs to be in the vicinity of the monsters..

And third, the puppeteer is not causing problems in just one area but rather throughout the entirety of Victoria Island.

Anyway, this is like the third or fourth time that you have stepped in and messed up their plans. I'm sure the puppeteer will try do something about it. You even ignored his warning once... I have a feeling he might find you before we find him. Be cautious.
