[Year-End Event] Black Dragon Crystal Round-Up

Hello, [Nombre]. I trust you had an acceptably exciting 2012. In case you did not read the memos I sent out, it was the year of the Black Dragon. That only happens once every 60 years, so it's kind of a big deal. In fact, there should be many traces of the Black Dragon still floating around. Do you know about Black Dragon Crystals?

Monsters tend to be drawn to Black Dragon Crystals, much like myself with ornamental folder tabs. If you bring me 50, I'll give you a Tempest Coin! Just stick to monsters around your level range!

Well, talk to me again if you DO get interested.

You're just going to walk off like that? This is going in your file...
