[9th Anniversary] The Administrator's Balloons

The Maple Admin's usually a snooze fest, but even she's getting into the spirit of the 9th anniversary! She's pasted her face on Admin Balloons and scattered them around Maple World. She's trying out a new way of distributing 9th Anniversary Gift Boxes!

There are two types of balloons. Admin Balloons are out in the fields and Mega-Admin Balloons show up in towns. The town balloons are so big, you'll need a group to pop them!

How about popping some balloons and getting yourself some of those gift boxes?

The Maple Admin also attached developer notes on the balloons. They should make for a fun read!

Are you really going to let those gifts float by?

Oooh, I wish I had time to pop balloons! Did you get to read a developer's note, too? Lucky!

And here's my gift! I'll call it... Cassandra's 9th Anniversary Present! Yup, I'm a prodigy at naming things!
