You can get the self-help book by hunting monsters. Just don't bother with any that are over 21 levels above you. They're 'too good' to need to improve themselves.

Did you read the books? Sorry if I'm not paying attention. I had to make up a whole new batch of potions because I drank all of my last batch... hiccup!
