Alcaster's Concerns

[Nom], did you find Alcaster?

He refused to speak with me. I believe he sensed my Demon Fury...

Well, that's a pain. Maybe you should try doing him a few favors. You know, prove you're not evil incarnate anymore. He does a lot of research, so I'm sure there's something he needs help with.

Do you have any suggestions?

Hey, do I look like a researcher? Go keep an eye on him, and see if he mentions anything he needs.

Hide out near Alcaster and listen to him. He might say something important.

I do not believe he will consent to speak with you again. Do you have any other ideas?

You're wasting your time. I have nothing to say to you.

I know you can sense my Demon Fury, but I assure you, I am not working with the Black Mage. In fact, I seek to destroy him, once and for all.

You realize how hard that is for me to believe, don't you?

Yes, I do. I also understand that trust is not given freely. That is why I have brought you this.

You brought me Stirge Wing... Hm. I was indeed looking for this. Very well. I will hear you out, but do not test my patience. You have not earned my full trust yet.

Just a moment...I need to organize this first.. Talk to me again later.

Hm... Blast, I'll need Stirge Wings to continue my research. I suppose I'll have to find an adventurer to go get them from Kerning City for me...

Say, you look like an adventurer with nothing better to do...
