You must be [Name]. I've been waiting for you. Mai told me to give you an ultimate test to gauge your hunting skills. Since you can reach Southperry after passing me and get a ride to Victoria Island that way, she wanted me to test you one last time before you leave.

Of course, this test is not mandatory. If you feel that you're ready head to Victoria Island right now, by all means, please go. But if not... Well, do you want to take the test?

What? You really did slay an Orange Mushroom and bring back 1 Orange Mushroom Cap! That's...why, that's just amazing! There's a reason why Mai has been saying all those good things about you!

Accepter

Your test is to hunt an Orange Mushroom, the most powerful monster on Maple Island. To pass this test, you must defeat 1 Orange Mushroom and bring back 1 Orange Mushroom Cap as evidence. Head straight up to find Orange Mushrooms. Good luck.

You have now passed every test Mai has to offer. Once you meet the requirements for the job advancement, you'll be ready to take on Victoria Island.

If you want to learn more about Victoria Island before you actually head there, go to Southperry and look for Biggs. He has acquired extensive knowledge on Victoria Island and should be a great help to you.

Refuser

If you're that confident, I can't MAKE you do it. I'll let Mai know you declined.

Fin

I don't think you've defeated 1 Orange Mushroom and brought back 1 Orange Mushroom Cap yet. Climb up the ropes nearby to find Orange Mushrooms.
