If my sister were here, she'd bring me some Cold Medicine... Could you get me some please?

I could really use some Weird Cactus items for my sore throat, some Nasty Thorn items for my fever, and some Desert Flower items for my runny nose. I think 8 of each would be enough for my medicine.
