Deal with the Shadowdealers 1

Hey! You! You're from the Heliseum Reclamation HQ, right? Let me ask you a question!

Do you happen to know Tonero? He's from the Shadowdealers, the ones working with the Nova recently. I heard he's on a roll after forming a connection with the ace of the Heliseum Reclamation HQ and making big deals with the Nova!

How can I, Romero, the trade king of the Shadowdealers, miss out on such a great opportunity? I also want to start a deal with the Nova, but it's not easy now that Tonero is established.

I'll need to get on good terms with the ace that Tonero formed a connection with to make an easier deal. However, I can't find them! You should know, since you're from the Reclamation HQ, right? Do you know where that ace is?

Even you don't know? Dang, I'm in a tight spot! I brought tons of potions thinking they would need them with all the fighting, but now what do I do? Well... Do you need potions? I'll cut you a good deal!

As expected, you need potions because you're also from the Reclamation HQ! Great! Then defeat the Specter Engineers nearby and get me 40 Welding Goggles from them! Hehe... You won't regret this deal!

What? Don't you need potions? How confident ARE you?

Do you get the Welding Goggles? Great! Then these potions are yours!

What do you think? They're fine quality potions, right? Much better than that junk Tonero peddles! Make good use and spread the word! Maybe the ace of the Reclamation HQ will hear about this!

Then defeat the Specter Engineers nearby and get me 40 Welding Goggles from them! Hehe... You won't regret this deal!
