Long story short, Romero isn't doing so hot. You know those Battle Hound Broken Horn items he was making bank off of? Well, he managed to flood the market, now there's a massive oversupply... he's totally in the red! Hahahaha!
The stock of Specter Candy that Tonero makes all his profit off of are keeping Romero afloat, but he's not going to make any money.
