[Fantasy Theme World] Party Prep

Delilah just fainted! Fortunately, it doesn't seem to be anything serious, but why in the world would you enter a place that clearly says it's a Restricted Area?!

(You coax Dylan into telling Nurse Aily what's been going on.)

You mean to tell me that strange red-caped person suggested it? Oh my. Targa and Scarboss are no laughing matter. You must have great skill to have defeated them, [Nom]. And I can't believe there's something so silly as a cardiotachometer confession...

Anyway, didn't you say you wanted to prepare an event?

It's not really an event exactly. After all the trouble I caused Delilah today, I think it's time I apologize and be honest with her about my true feelings.

That's what I mean! You should make it an event! I can help!

Every event needs balloons! Please get a bunch of this specific Balloon from Clowning Scarlion in Extreme Station <1>. And we should hold the event in Delilah's favorite place. You know... 'the place'? She'll love it! I'll meet you there.

I'll catch up with Delilah!

It's always good to get help from others when you need it.

Did you get all the balloons we need?

This is coming along nicely! We have plenty of balloons and the man of the hour. All we need now is the lovely lady!

Please gather Balloon x50 by defeating Clowning Scarlion in Extreme Station <1>. I'll be over at Funky Station <3>.
