Helping Fix Eos Tower

Hmm... This area has been fixed only days ago, and here's another hole... What is going on here? Oh! What brings you all the way down here? Is there any chance you'd be willing to help me out?

Cool. Just like the other roly-poly workers here, my job is to fix whatever is wrong with the tower, but because of the monsters around this area, all that fixing goes for naught. They keep drilling holes and destroy things in this tower, and I can't do a thing about it.

I was wondering if you could thin out some of the monsters around here for me? Especially those King Bloctopus creatures on Eos Tower 32nd Floor and 33rd Floor? Let me know when you've eliminated about 25 of them. Oh, and please collect 20 of the Plastic Crowns they drop as well. Thanks!
