[Kaiser] Self-improvement

My files tell me that you've reached Lv. 30 as Kaiser. I've carefully and thoughtfully put together some equipment that will help you out. Would you like to accept the equipment box now?

I'll keep the box here for you until you get to Lv. 39, then. After that, it's getting recycled, so don't wait too long.

I've placed the box in your Use inventory. Now, excuse me while I laminate my color pencil boxes.
