I just realized that the most important ingredients in a tonic are herbs. Can you bring me some herbs while I keep my eyes on the tonic?

Take the portal at the right side of Kerning City and pass the Six Path Crossway to reach Perion's Dusty Wind Hill, where you'll find the Dark Stumps. Hunt the Dark Stumps and bring back 10 Leaves. You must do it before the tonic is finished.
