Mr. Hazard's Objective

I've got the first part of the code figured out. I'm still working on the second part, but this bit that keeps repeating bothers me.

It's something about a 'reagent.' Cadena, it's the thing we stole from the Brawl 'n' Bash Club.

I was still trying to figure out exactly what the reagent is when you called me here. I don't see how I'm supposed to decode documents and analyze chemicals at the same time.

C-Cadena, I need your help on this. I'll keep working on the report if you give me a hand with the reagent.

Please get 15 Mutant Nutria Blood samples from the Nutria in Nutria Gutter 2. P-please.

It's the key to figuring out the reagent. But... I have a bad feeling about all of this...
