Robin the Walking Encyclopedia

A new traveler! You should have some AP by now. Did you distribute it? No? Then, allow me to teach you a thing or two. I'll give you a quiz at the end to make sure you understand stats, AP, and job advancement. Oh, I do so love any excuse for a quiz!

Ready for the quiz? Yippee! First question! When you level up, you get Ability Points, or AP for short. You use AP to raise your STR, INT, DEX, and LUK stats. As a Beginner, is it possible to raise your HP and MP with AP?

Yes, it's possible starting at level 11.

No, it's not possible ever.

You've got the answer! Next question! Although you start as a beginner, you can eventually make a job advancement after you have reached a certain level. You can normally make a job advancement when you have reached Level 10, but with this particular job, you can make a job advancement at Level 8.. What is this job?

Warrior

Magician

Bowman

Thief

Ding, ding, ding! Yes! Only Magicians can undergo job advancement at Level 8. Laaaaaast question! Here's a list of jobs and the locations where you undergo job advancement. Which of these do not match?

Warrior - Perion

Magician - Ellinia

Bowman - Henesys

Thief - Nautilus

Yesssss! Thieves must go to Kerning City! Only Pirates go to the Nautilus for their job advancement! Bravo! Now you'll have no trouble picking a job when the time comes. Thank you for humoring me. This quiz totally made my day!

Plan ahead and think about what job you'd like. When you make your job advancement, your AP will be redistributed to fit your new job. So you don't need to worry about your AP just yet.

Aha! You think you already know everything, eh? If so, then I dare you to take my quiz. Do it! Make my day!

Please reconsider.

That is incorrect. You can make a job advancement at Level 10 for most of the jobs. Only Magicians can make job advancements at Level 8. Please try again from the beginning.

WRONG!! Only Magicians can make their job advancement at Level 8, because users that have raised INT to become a Magician have a rougher time leveling up at first. RESTART!

Noooo!! Hehe, I love saying that. Warriors go to Perion, Magicians go to Ellinis, Bowmen go to Henesys...and Thieves go to Kerning City. I gave you the answer, so now...start over from the BEGINNING. Muahaha!
