Belle probably told you, but things aren't looking so good at the power plant. It's drawing off a lot of energy, and I don't see any signs of it stopping.
I'm gonna need to see some precise readings before I can be sure. It's a little old fashioned, but I'm thinking about using a Rue Ore relay to check it out.

The only problem is that I'm gonna need Shining Rue Ore. A bunch of the stuff. Gigantic Rue Monster monsters usually have it, but I'm not in the best shape for a fight right now.

The plant is sapping up all the energy in the entire region! It's way beyond capacity. At this rate, it's going to explode!
