Five Colored Pouch? You know they only show after the Spring Rains, yeah?
Monsters usually carry Five Colored Pouches during Springtime. Just keep in mind that monsters more than 11 levels lower or 21 levels higher than you won't drop them
Sometimes Five Colored Pouches will contain a 
Yut Stick Set. You can enjoy games of yut with the set. All you have to do is click on the Game of Yut notice at the top left.
The pouches also contain other goodies.\rOpen them up as soon as you get them!
