Could I ask you for one last favor? Everyone at the harbor was evacuated except one person. His name is Captain Edmond. He's stubborn and wouldn't cooperate. I think he remained behind, somewhere at the harbor. I must deliver the Shelter Key to him. Will you help me?

There's another problem. I've lost the Shelter Key that Captain Edmond gave me. I'm certain one of the robots took it when I dropped it. Could you find the 
Shelter Key by taking out Overlord As and Overlord Bs? When you find the key, take it to Captain Edmond.

Get the Shelter Key from the monsters, and take that to Captain Edmond. He should be somewhere in the harbor.
