[A New World] New Beginnings

I read on a website that helping others will increase my karma, which'll bring me all sorts of good things. So, to welcome you to this new world of Tempest, I'd like to give you a settlement fund of 500,000 Mesos! Am I not generous?! You want it, like, right now?

I've never heard of anyone turning down free money, but whatevs. Do what you want.

I hope this settlement helps you...and brings me a TON of good karma. That last part's the most important.
